Good point Kevin, but us die-hards in the northern climes need every trick in the book to keep us happy.  Definitely gonna try this.  Where's a good place to order 'Arp'?

Subject: [NAFEX] Hardy Rosemary

    There is a Rosemary, variety 'Arp,' that I've gotten through my zone 3 
winters.  To accomplish that, it must be covered with a wide container so 
the plant is exposed to air all around it and the container covered with a 
THICK layer of mulch.  If the plant is mulched like any other, it will rot. 
Then, just as soon as the snow melts off it, or even a little sooner, it 
must be uncovered.
