I didn't see that anyone addressed this question so here's my 2ยข.
All you need in the subject line is the subject you are posting about. We don't care which digest you are replying to. In fact, we'd rather not know which digest you are replying to. And please don't send the whole digest back to us! All your message needs is the correct subject and a few words from the post you are replying to. Just a few words so we know what your reply is about. You should sign the post with your name and some sort of location information so we know what part of the world your experiences relate to. Delete EVERYTHING else.
If you are composing a brand new subject post, put the subject of your post in the subject line. That's all. Compose your message in the body, sign it and send it to us.
I'm on digest. I copy whatever the post is I want to respond to. I paste it into a new message and edit out any parts that I don't need for clarity. Then add my comments.
>I've noticed from time to time notices on posting questions/replies. I am not sure if I was ever told the proper method. I click reply and then add my question/reply with my name to the subject line and put both in parenthesis. Is this the suggested method ?
Thank you, Anthony z4b>
