Toni,

Schlabach's Nursery sells 24c.  Catalog shows a lot of other cold hardy varieties as well (Madison, Reliance, etc.)  Also good selection of other fruits.  For those interested, they sell various crop protectants by mail order as well (Indar, etc.).  Unfortunately, they don't sell by internet, or even have a website.  I've never personally ordered anything from them, but plan to for next spring.  I've heard they are a very reputable nursery.  You can call and they will send a free catalog.  I don't have their catalog in front of me now, so I looked their phone number up on the internet and came up with two numbers:

716-798-6198 or 585-798-6198.  I'm not sure which number is right.  Their trees are even cheaper than VanWell's, although Schlabachs does charge for shipping.  If I remember correctly, the owners name is David Schlabach and he is a Nafexer.  They're located in New York.

>>Dennis Norton, who occasionally contributes to this group has tried 24c of the Flamin Fury series, and he said one year, it was the only variety that fruited on one of his plots.  The cold got the rest of them.  He's quite a bit farther north than you.
Here's some info, if you want to read about it.  http://flaminfury.com/?a=PG:412
