How do I 'upload a txt' so it isn't too huge for some to read in the list?
Or, should I just type it in like this here?
This list doesn't accept attachments, if that's what you mean. So I guess your choices are to paste the text into a regular email or to send it to "Pomona" for publication. (There are probably places on the Internet where you can upload the text and then post a link here, but I'm not familiar with them.)
I get really long-winded sometimes (usually), and I'm sure that's a pain for many people here. But text is quick enough to download, even for those with dial-up Internet access, and email is easy enough to delete. Since this list is all about sharing our knowledge and experiences, I don't see why you shouldn't just post it here.
I certainly learn a lot from other people's experiences, and even from their questions. Of course, I have a lot more to learn than many people here! :-)
