I used to buy blueberry plants 100 at a time for my nursery until I realized I wasn't really making enough money on them because they develop slowly and require a lot of water.  I always purchased mine from Hartman's Plantation in Minnesota.  They came in about a quart of soil with an impressive root system and were very strong plants.  Even more important they have a huge selection including the indispensable Elliott for its Sept. berries.  They primarily sell to commercial growers but for a higher price will sell a few at a time.  It's still a better price and better plants than some of the sources I saw recommended.
