Dennis   Do you have a source that would have spray recommendations for 4 gallon backpack sprayers?  All of the extension publications seem to be for 100 gallon sprayers.   Judson L. Frisk, zone 5 SW Iowa.

Alan,

What scientific data did he have to back up his statement?  The label for Imidan 70WP calls for a sticker if rain conditions are likely.  We have alwasy used a sticker for this reason.

I finally did what I probably should have done in the first place and contacted Gowan about the sticking and staying issues of Imidan I mentioned previously.

The Co. rep said that once Imidan drys it aint goin nowhere whatever the precip so forget the adjuvents.  As I already assumed, one hour dry time is needed for it to set.  The main question I was asking was how much rain would eliminate a spray if it came before the Imidan set.  He suggested it would probably take at least a half inch to wash it off the trees.
