Another suggestion would be to plant a parthenocarpic variety such as Early Cascade or Heatwave.  They will set seedless fruit when it's too hot or cold for pollination.

Tomatoes pollinate themselves by vibration or the wind.  No insects are needed, because the stamens and anthers are very close together.  But, the pollen is viable only if the day time temperature is under 92F and nights are under 72F.  Be patient.  When the heat recedes, flowers will set fruit.
