Tomatoes pollinate themselves by
vibration or the wind. No insects are needed, because the stamens and
anthers are very close together. But, the pollen is viable only if the day
time temperature is under 92F and nights are under 72F. Be
patient. When the heat recedes, flowers will set fruit.
