Not many honey bees here, but lots of smaller things buzzing around the fruit tree bloom.
This might have more to do with the nearest beekeeper having moved several miles south than with area populations overall, though. It's been like that since he moved, and there was plenty of local honey for sale around here last year (I know at least two stands that still have a good supply), so the overall local honeybee population last year must have been significant.
