Hi all!  In yesterday Washington Post, there was an article about the
Ojai Pixie Mandarin. I tried a brief internet search and came up with
nothing in terms of finding these trees for sale.

Supposedly the Pixie isn't the easiest one to grow in the sense that they only achieve peak flavor in certain areas of the country, Ojai being one of those areas.  The grower who really brought the Pixie to fame (with the help of Bill Fujimoto of Monterey Market in Berkeley) is Churchill Farms.

"The original Pixie was developed at the UC Riverside Citrus Research Center and released for commercial production some years back. The Pixie is "a fine piece of fruit," says Kahn, and seedless to boot."

I would imagine that you can order germplasm from UC Riverside.

Citrus Treesource has Pixie but they're used to selling in bulk to agribusiness.
