Out on the rainy west coast zone 7-8, we don't have to worry about hardiness.

The fellow who orders plants, etc., for the B C Fruit Testers, wanted Sib C.

I shall pass your info on to him.

If you do find a source, please let me know.

The Western Ontario Fruit Testing Association (then based at Harrow)
used to sell seed for rootstocks back in the 1980s. It has become the
Ontario Fruit Testing Association and is now based in the Niagara
Peninsula. I wouldn't be surprised if it still sells rootstock seed.
I will try to get the contact information.

Siberian C is now regarded as obsolete for rootstocks. >
