Well, whether or not there are Mexicans on the board, it would be the fault of the farmer and not of the workers if there's no toilet for the pickers to use.

Folks, I really hope we have no Mexicans on our list that can read the
comments about their hygeine.

Murph said, "Take a look at a field of any vegetable, being picked by
Mexicans.
Look at the Mexicans.
Now, look around for a toilet.
There it is, 2500' away."

After California banned the use of short hoes...............For those
of you who are not familiar with the subject, the weeds in vegetable
fields are often (usually?) removed by hand, with a hoe. When using a
long hoe, it is easy to slip and cut off the vegetable plant along with
the weed. So growers cut most of the handle off the hoes thereby forcing
the person wielding the hoe to stoop down close to his work thereby
cutting off fewer plants.
Anyway, after California banned the use of short hoes, I began to see
berms along side of fields where I hadn't seen berms before. Curious, I
climbed a few only to observe that the use of short hoes was still being
practiced. Oh yes, and by the way, no toilets.
