Subject: Re: [NAFEX] You Think You Got
Pest Problems? OFF-TOPIC
Dear Anlie & Hayas,
Indeed, If Democracy has to live, then (mandatory) "protectionism" must
make way for the Spirit of the US Constitution & Bill of Rights.
But dear folks I think, that the author of the article you are referring to,
may have sounded a bit pushy for your liking, and just perhaps what he was
suggesting, came through to your sensibilities as you suggested, but I do
believe, that he was sharing his own experiences, from the standpoint of an
experienced "Elder".
We may perhaps serve ourselves better, if positive appreciation for
his caring to contribute is made known by us.
We do not need to re-state the guiding light in 1776, that shone so
bright for folks like Thomas Payne and the other Founding Fathers to
have helped them in defining the most stable treatise on human rights, as is
enshrined in the US Constitution.
Let's all get back to our business at hand and share our experiences, so
we all may stay on track as "Fruit Explorers", who wish to try new and
challenging methods for their orchards.
I hope to be sending a few snaps of the Persimmon that has
flourished in our Mountains of the North.
By the way, I never saw any feedback on my suggestion regarding the
Organic prevention of Fungus in fruit orchards by using waste cinnamon as a
spray (from the infusion) as well as by placement near the root
zone of the trees (Systemic route).
Cheers!

I prefer to make my OWN choices, thank
you very much. The last thing
in the world I want is someone else, much
less a petty government
bureaucrat or idealogue, making my moral and
economic choices for me,
or limiting my choices. I can't think of a
single person on this
planet to whom I would delegate the authority to
make moral and
economic decisions on my behalf. When I was a little boy
my mother
and father guided me in making my decisions. Now, as an adult,
I do
it myself and live with the consequences.
I too have many
ideas and standards which I think everyone else
should follow. The world
would be wonderful if everyone did what I
said. I'm not about to suggest
that other people be forced to follow
those ideas.
