Planted ten years ago, my Ure pear is finally going to have a full bloom
Every branch and twig is covered with buds that appear as though they will
open today or tomorrow. Summer Crisp and Flemish Beauty each will have only
a few dozen blossoms. Last year all three of these Pear trees each sported
a few blossoms. My fourth ten-year-old pear, John, has yet to produce even
one blossom.
