Hello Dan and Julie;
Based on a survey I took (and still need to upload) people went after
variety first.
Not a lot of people 'stocked up' on any one thing.
Also, folks were about equal minded in trying new stuff vs. old
reliable.
Finally, 90% or better used the fruit fresh. Nobody cooked it. so Rhubarb
might not sell.
To me, that was a bit of a shocker.
Plant some more apples that KEEP WELL if you can.
Seedless grapes; nobody wants seeds anymore either.
If you get 4 kinds of something, stagger the ripening times to keep picking
as long as possible to minimize storage.
