Hallo David,
thank you a lot for your very nice and interesting offer!
Last year, I asked our authorities: We do not need any special document for importing Carya or Juglans or even Corylus nuts (in small amounts) to EU.

To plant a nut from a special origin (provenience) and to wait 20 years for first nut-harvest is something very unusual
and sounds for many specialist (at Europe) very nice and patiently. A very nice example/exemplar for others!
I like this "picture" (I do not know the right English word).
