I think I would choose either Asian pear or american persimmon. Most of my
experiences with Asian pear is that on a foliage basis they are all pretty
attractive. They have very glossy leaves which often have good fall color.
The fruit is attractive in the lighter skinned ones as it turns almost
golden.
It is also not a big problem over pavement.

I would plant the persimmon, if there is enough sun. When they are shaded
they
tend to loose their lower limbs. If all the fruit is all high then all the
fruit goes splat, though I have had good luck after ripening greenish
persimmon
fruit if it is a largish amount and gathered together in a paper bag.

I have no experience with Che and it sounds like it would ripen too late for
me.
You will eventually end up with more pawpaw anyway due to suckering so it
probably doesn't make sense to plant more.
