One of my favorites has been St. Cloud, both for flavor and productivity. It's a half-high blueberry, so smaller (and less productive) than larger plants. It's listed as cold-hardy to -30, or to zone 3/4 on Oikos and St. Lawrence Nurseries.

Toni Pralle asked about zone 4 blueberries for Iowa. I'm not quite in that area and zone, but my favorites so far are Nelson and Elliott, both listed by Hartmann's as zone 4. They make a nice pair of varieties for early to late season progression.
