Came through fine for me! I think it is basically more up to your
combination of operating system and email program/web browser. Every
single degree sign has come through properly for me. Some email
programs only support ascii text which is only 128 characters? So the
degrees don't come through. Or pcs and macs and older programs use
different codes for degrees.

With regard to special characters, I have yet to see a degree sign
come through the NAFEX list without turning into a question mark, but
here's my try anyway. Please let me know how it turns out:
