Shepherdia argentea?

Jelly would be the usual approach, wouldn’t it?  Online I see a reference to wine, and I have a personal suspicion they would make a nice “orange” curd, based on descriptions of the jelly.  I haven’t tried them.  Wish I had some to try some recipes with – are they seeded?

Hi Guys;

I just picked a quart of Buffalo Berries of the side of the highway.

Route 495 in Mansfield, MA.

What should I do with them?

Appreciate any thoughts.

Richard Murphy

PS.    They are mass planted along miles of highway here.

        There are thousands of these plants, loaded with berries.
