Shepherdia argentea? Jelly would be the usual approach, wouldn’t it? Online I see a
reference to wine, and I have a personal suspicion they would make a nice “orange”
curd, based on descriptions of the jelly. I haven’t tried them. Wish I
had some to try some recipes with – are they seeded? From:
