Szukis is hands down the best selection, however there is one problem there. Sometimes when Szukis is grafted it switches to pistillate flowers only. My recommendation would be two Szukis. And grafting to branches has the problem of persimmon lopping off lower limbs. I suppose when everything is considered the best solution is a separate pure staminate tree. One good one would be G-62 as it flowers very heavily over a long period of time. With pruning you should be able to control the size for quite a few years.
