I was told the same ratio for my kolomitkas. We moved before they fruited,
so I can't tell you that it worked, though.

Subject: [NAFEX] Actinidia kolomikta planting

Hello all,

I am interested in planting some hardy kiwi (not arguta, the kolomikta) and
was wondering if anyone knows how many males I need to plant to pollinate
the females.

I've read some literature that the arguta species needs a male for every 8
plants.

Thanks!
