Rivka, sounds like your Cornell NY has our U Mass beat. They don't offer
anything but NPK for starters here. Would Cornell require NY state residency
or do it for anyone?

How ever would organic-form recommendations differ? And anyway, why would I
need a recommendation? Wouldn't it be obvious on the soil test what is
lacking and that needs to be added?
