When the former Bear Creek Nursery was still operating, they sold an
'early' apple called "Irish Peach." It was rated for zone 3 allegedly
ripening its fruit in July. I purchased one and its fruit resembles a
Granny Smith more than that of a peach and it delays ripening until
September. Does anyone else have on of these and, if so, what is yours
like?
