If you just want the species, find a middle eastern grocery and look for packages of dried mulberries. Apparently they are only sun dried because I've planted such seed (actually, the whole fruit) and gotten clumps of seedlings from them.

This is where we get into the importance of words, and the fact that they actually have meaning.

Does your friend want a white-fruited selection, or just any white mulberry - Morus alba? - many, if not most, M.alba produce red/black/purple berries, but they're still 'white mulberry'.
