I received a request from a friend in zone 8 California for a white mulberry. I'm handy at propagating mulberries and ask if anyone has few dormant cuttings of a white mulberry in the fridge, please email me at machelp@attglobal.net
I will be propagating them in zone 6 massachusetts.
Charlie,
This is where we get into the importance of words, and the fact that they actually have meaning.
Does your friend want a white-fruited selection, or just any white mulberry - Morus alba? - many, if not most, M.alba produce red/black/purple berries, but they're still 'white mulberry'.
