Hi,
If I was you, I would spray lime sulfur and horticultrual oil now.
Kill off any overwintering stuff before it has a chance.
I spray with lime sulfur and vlock oil both after dormancy, and before bud break.
Later,
Tom

The wonderful responses I had last year regarding brown rot on my peach trees were very much appreciated. Armed with sulfur spray, Surround, Serenade, and Neem, I am prepared to do battle this year. Buds are swelling but not yet opened. Steve Saddler advised that the trees should be sprayed just before petal fall. Would an earlier spray also be useful against any residual infection? I understood that all of these products can be mixed and sprayed as one solution? Will this solution be OK for all fruit and nut trees? Are there any other considerations or suggestions?
