Has anyone had experience using Tanglefoot around tree trunks for plum
curculio?

Thank you for your your very original and insightful post.

One question: If one were to apply clay with a paint-brush from a pot, to
the trunk and lower major branches, do you think that the reduction of
curculio would be significant enough to assist a grower to bring through
fruit?
