There's reports of guineas being susceptible to roaming house cats, but I only see one house cat occasionally, and occasional losses would be sustainable.    



Kept guineas for maybe 8 years or so. Loved em! Best watch dog ever. Anything moved they sounded the alarm. So yes, if in a populated area someone would likely complain of their noise. My neighbors never complained. 

They did roost in my small chicken coop along with the chickens. Their biggest problem is nesting out doors on the ground. Never successfully hatched a clutch of eggs except one year I found a partial nest on the ground, moved it into the chicken coop where they added eggs then hatched a brood. My experience was they clustered, that is several hens would lay eggs in the same nest then one incubated them. 

Based on our experience I don't see how a dog or cat would pose a threat. First guinea to spot one would alarm all the others. They are excellent fliers and into the trees they go. A
s Lucky wrote, the biggest threat is to the young on the ground.
