Jerry, USDA does have a Pistachio germplasm collection - do a Google search
for
'NCGR pistachio', and you ought to be able to pull it up. They might,
indeed, be
interested in yours. The UC-Davis Fruit &Nut Research Center (
[http://fruitsandnuts.ucdavis.edu]
http://fruitsandnuts.ucdavis.edu ) has some folks who specialize in
pistachios -
Dr. Louise Ferguson used to be one of those, don't know if she's still there
or
not - and they also may be interested in obtaining scions from your tree.
