The last time I checked on this (in WI), part of the case is "why was the person there ?" I think it might matter if the person was a friend visiting- hiking- hunting, an employee working in your orchard, a customer there on business, or a trespasser. But I agree w/ the insurance advice.

tom, it won't help you, but the deal is, anyone can sue anybody for
anything - best to make a good faith effort to minimize risk - -
