Fermenting is something you do on purpose to good fruit to make it better,
and you have to wait patiently for it to happen.
Bletting is something that has to happen to bad fruit to make it better and
you have to wait for it.
Rotting is something that happens to good fruit while you are waiting to
find the time to do something to prevent it from happening.
Otherwise, they are all more the same than they are different.
