The flowers that are recommended pretty much match up with other
reports.
Queen Anne's Lace (wild carrots) is the arch-type. Wide umbells of
florets. Each individual flower is very shallow and the nectar can be
easily accessed. Other members of the carrot/parsley family, mints
and mustards are also good. Mustard family (like those turnips you
forgot to dig last fall)merit special mention. They tend to flower
early in the season when coddling moth activity seems to peak.
