Dear Chris et al,

In terms of grafting,
http://instruct1.cit.cornell.edu/courses/hort400/graftage/ramfiles/ gives
links to numerous videos and audios of grafting techniques.

In terms of hand pollination, I suspect there are the same array of
nuances as there are in grafting. Whether to cover the pollinated flower,
whether to remove the petals (Ed Fackler suggests that when the petals are
removed, the bees shun the flower and new pollination is unlikely), which
flowers to select, how to prepare the pollen etc. As the saying goes, "a
picture is worth a thousand words".

Regards, Ethan
