I read that one can use the ultra-refined dormant oils year-round as
long as it is not to hot of to cold.
This might be a silly question, but what is ment by "to hot" or "to
cold"? ....and for how long? Could I use the oil in the cool of the
morning or would it need to be cool temps all week long?
