I'm feeling left out .. what is all this advertising everyone is complaining
about?

My nafex posts come into my home computer and I have set the 'rules' so they
all go into the nafex inbox.

All I see is a banner at the bottom of each post advertising yahoogroups. I
just stop scrolling when I see the writer's name so I don't even see that
banner.

Maybe those who are complaining are picking up their nafex posts from the
yahoogroups website.

I rarely go there so I rarely see those advertisments.

I would prefer to keep the chat group as is as opposed to having to pay
either through my nafex dues or directly to the nafex website administrator.

I belong to six groups who use yahoogroups as their 'host' so you'd think
I'd be swamped with ads. I do use Ad-aware and Zone Alarm and hit the delete
button for any junk that shows up in my inbox. The junk I get (spam) does
not appear to be originating with yahoogroups

I actually set up one of the six groups myself. There was a box which I
unchecked which asked if I wanted to be contacted with news or something
like that. We get no ads, just the yahoogroups banner at the bottom.

So, how come I'm not getting all those advertisements?
