Hi,

Most fruit juices are easy to make. Put the fruit in a pot and put enough
water in to cover the fruit and set to simmer. When the fruit is softened
I mash it with a potato masher in the pot, and simmer a while longer.
Then I sieve the pulp from the juice.

Put the juice back in the pot, bring to 70C for 2 minutes, add sugar to
taste and them bottle it. I save wide mouth glass tomato juice bottles
for this.

This will usually give you a concentrate you can work with at your
convienence.

Later,
Tom
