Victor
I truthfully have never even noticed. But I do have persimmons growing
very near blacks. I can't find my info on plants that will grow with blacks,
but I am quite sure those two do.

Gordon:
Have you seen pawpaws and persimmons growing near black walnuts? I have
all three and have kept them separated because of black walnuts
reputation.
