Hello,

Have you looked at the old whitewash recipes that are available online?
In looking for whitewash recipes to paint greenhouse windows, I found the
recipes very similar to what you are looking for, less the cement.

You can make whitewash very simply, and as paste like, or water like as
you want.

If you want the whitewash recipes I can dig them up again.
