Kuristani is the strain found in Dipel and most other Bt's found in big box
stores. There are other strains that are specific to other chewing
creatures, such as the San Diego strain. But, any Bt found in stores is
kuristani, unless it states otherwise. It does the job on tent
caterpillars.
