Joe-----There are some who've yet to understand we ALL still live on the same
planet!!
The late Loren Tukey once told me that most (in apple and pear, anyway)
are of little consequence.
However, some of the very new apple rootstocks are hypersensative to
some (unknown as to which) virus,
causing trees to literally die at the union with a couple of years.
Also, there is yet anther little, yet important issue with "viruses".
They do keep a bunch of folks in
government jobs!
