I am curious to ask if all dwarfing apple

Malus micromalus does. I've had a Haralson on this rootstock for
about 9 years, still in the nursery row, don't know how hardy it is
or how precicious or efficient. Suspect this is the one used in the
former Soviet Union. (Was told they use mostly seedling dwarfs in
some parts of that vast land.)
