I'd start off by contacting Don Chapman at
Bio-Organics(www.bio-organics.com). He may have it, or know a source.
If Don doesn't know, then I'd check with the folks at Fungi Perfecti
(www.fungi.com) and the Mushroompeople at The Farm(www.thefarm.org/mushroom).
