I don't know if anyone answered your question. If you tie the tree in a
knot, it will never grow big. If you do it by bark inversion, it will come
out of it in about 15 years I've heard. Then you do it again. I've got an
article about this sent to me by Lucky, in my mail program somewhere. If
you want it, remind me next week, and I'll send it. Too hectic for me this
