The documents are collected and re-published on a CD which currently
approaches 700MB. It includes archives scanned by the ASTM, published
papers, sample SOGs and Bylaws, sample begging letters, and discussions of
working papers on SAR. The CD can be mailed on request. The material on
the CD cannot be used to monetarily benefit anyone, anywhere. All the
material is copyright by either the original authors or has been transferred
for use by non-profit (US 501c3 or equivalent) to develop their own training
materials and or improve their organization. To receive a copy e-mail a
request, with postal address, to ilichten1@verizon.net. The only obligation
is to abide by the usage agreement, donations to defray production and
mailing costs may be made to SEPASAR.

Alli, Irv is referring to the large collection of documents he distributes
on CD by mail. Irv, you have not mentioned that recently; how about
posting the details again?

I think the collection includes an article I wrote for a horse magazine, on
a clinic with Terry in Colorado some years ago.
