As you are aware FAA regulations are based
on weight, features, and altitude. There are transit corridors for unmanned
aircraft as they must rely on ground controllers and TCAS for collision
avoidance. Some, like Global Hawk, have no ground controller and couldn’t
avoid a VFR conflict in transit. This is a vehicle as big as a light aircraft,
turbofan powered, very low heat and light emissions, and essentially no RF emissions,
while it self deploys from the US to anywhere in the world. Irv Lichtenstein From:
