The AIDS virus is very susceptible to Chlorox even in concentrations as low
as one ounce per gallon. Blood stains are best removed by hydrogen peroxide
or peroxide type bleaches such as Chlorox II. There is a British soap
available through some medical and lab supply houses that does an amazing job
of removing blood from clothing or utensils.
