Looking for experience with growing sweet corn as plugs and
transplanting to the garden, as in cavity size and crop time.
Advice appreciated!

Jean Paul Courtens and Jody Bollyut of Roxbury Farm, here in upstate NY, have done a lot of work on transplanted sweet corn. There is some information on their growing techniques in the crop manual that is available on their website. Here is a link: http://sfc.smallfarmcentral.com/dynamic_content/uploadfiles/942/Crop%20Manual%202012%20Online%20Version.pdf
Their crop and harvest manuals are a great source of information.
Good luck,
Mark
