"Food and Bread Bags" from any supermarket, 100 per
box, 10" x 14" inches,
gallon size for less than a buck a box was our
choice for years for pre-pack of
greens and salad and for customers to use for
selecting from bulk.
Our wholesalers had nothing close to that price, a
fact we learned after using
several rolls of six cent bags.
Fog, condensation, in the salad/greens bag is a
matter of handling, try to
minimize climate change, stand upright with
the top open (close at sale if
customer wishes) and never in the sun.
Alternatly: Chill product, chill bag, chill
air; fill bags and maintain exactly that
temperature till sale.
