I've got a grillo, similar to the BCS, with similar attachments.  I love the Berta Plow for bed-making and also for plowing any really big stuff.  The tiller also can't be beat.  Problems--My hands...I am a woman with I think medium sized hands with rather short fingers.  The handles are a challenge.  It is a shame they are not manufactured for just a bit smaller hands.  It is a real stretch for me and with my small acre I am always using the clutch to turn around so my hand does get tired after a couple of hours.

For the first season I used it, I fought it a lot.  I will say that now I never fight it and I'm able to maneuver it with ease.  I also manage the handles without trouble now.  I use reverse a lot to turn it around without needing to drag the machine.  make sure to get a model with differential if  you are getting one of the small ones that has a choice.  Also get a quick release option so you can change implements more easily and go easy on the implements.  I think the plow is great for small market gardening and the tiller....that is enough to start.  The plow will help you tremendously to create new garden space and to turn under covercrop cleanly and quickly.  Watch the videos available to see how to figure out what directions to plow...that took me a while to figure out.

It is a good machine and I like it, but I agree that for more than about an acre you want something like a tractor.  It will run forever, but I don't always have forever!
